Hospitality Lives! The hotel is very convenient to O'Hare. The check in process was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly and helpful - especially when it came to where I needed to park the rental car. I needed to rent a meeting room on short notice and Margarita could not have been more helpful. We had a room in under 5 minutes, fresh coffee. Lunch at the restaurant (Thorn) was very good, the menu offers a decent variety of choices. The room - and the same can be said for the hotel overall - is extremely clean. My coworker from Chicago even said "how did you find this place, it's great."

What a wonderful surprise! The Rose is truely a special place. The rooms are spacious, clean, and attractive. The bathrooms are wonderful. The decor throughout the hotel is very fun and tasteful. The restaurant is really good. I was such a delight to be able to simply go downstairs to have a great meal. The best part of the stay was the people. From the shuttle bus drivers, to the front desk where Melanie greeted me, to the excellent service in the dining area with Johnny. It was a perfect stay. I look forward to the next time!

This has been my go to way to start a trip when I leave O’Hare since the it first opened. I have been parking and staying here for years and it is consistently excellent. The hotel is beautiful, well run, and has a great atmosphere. It is the perfect place to grab a cocktail or a beer and get a bite to eat before heading to the airport. Thorn restaurant is delicious and makes this an easy choice every time. What truly sets the Rose apart is the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Special shout out to Rich, one of the shuttle drivers. I have had him many times over the years and he always makes the experience better. The other night he waited an extra minute so we could make our flight. That kind of service is rare and appreciated. Highly recommend.

It’s a great hotel, I always stay here the night before a trip. The hotel is cute, clean, smells good and the staff are helpful and friendly. Waaaaayyy better than the Hilton right next to the airport. Worth the stay even though it’s not as close, especially since they have shuttles! It’s only about a 5 minute ride to airport

I had a great stay at The Rose Hotel Chicago O’Hare, especially under unexpected circumstances. I was stuck overnight due to flight delays and arrived without my suitcase, but the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and accommodated. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is modern, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. Despite being in close proximity to the airport, my room was very quiet and I was able to get a great night’s rest. The location is extremely convenient, with a 24/7 airport shuttle that made getting to and from O’Hare quick and easy at any time of day. This hotel turned a stressful travel situation into a positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff is amazing-Angie at the front desk was personable, professional and just a delight. The restaurant quality is a notch above any hotel restaurant I’ve dined at, great options and service was impeccable. If you’re needing a fitness center while traveling, this one offers good cardio options ( Peloton) and strength training for meet your needs. The room was bright and well maintained for a great workout experience. On the way out, grab the comfortable shuttle and get the airport without hassle in 6 minutes. Highly recommended this hotel!

Mel and team was amazing! I had peers traveling in and she was very accommodating because we had some mix ups. This trip changes a few time and she worked with all. I am staying g for two night but booked each night individually. Which means they think you checked out. I left all my items in my room thinking I was coming back to same room. She literally saw me walk in and had a new key for me to stay in my room and not move my belongings. The team is amazing and the house keepers do not get enough credit here one of the best kept I stay at in Chicago!

This hotel is run by the most amazing folks and is one of the smoothest running spots I’ve stayed at in a while. Angie answered my questions thoroughly at check-in. And the shuttle drivers are awesome! They run a shuttle to the airport and throughout the immediate area. The drivers I had, Sergei and Richard, were both super kind, great drivers, and the vans were well maintained and clean. I love that they can do Starbucks drinks at the bar and the Thorn restaurant has a great variety. Tomato soup hit the spot on a cold Tuesday. While staying here, the power went out for a few hours. They were ON IT. They had extra employees to answer questions and help folks in the lobby while we waited for the repair. They had generators ready so elevators and room keys still worked fine. They brought out fruit and water and flashlights if needed and were very transparent and communicative about the entire situation. I was really impressed. The atmosphere is classy and modern, there’s an extra level of care put into this joint. My room was plenty big and had a very clean bathroom. Never heard my neighbors or other folks, despite being next to a stairwell. Even the plane traffic outside (since it is next to ORD) was quite muffled. If I come back for this event next year, I’m certainly booking at The Rose.
